What nobody owns, nobody reads.

Hi, I'm Sezay. I've spent ten years in London, one-to-one with SaaS founders, brands and marketing teams. The best thing anyone ever gave us was feedback. And nobody owned it.

Asking for it cost time and attention, and paid nothing. So it was rarely given, rarely understood, rarely acted on. Free trials ended, people left without a word, and when we finally asked, it was too late, or an interruption.

So I built a door. People try the products they want, fully, and pay with honest feedback. The questions fit the product and the person; the model judges every answer the same way, a hard one exactly like a warm one; the brand gets the answers in one place, as reasons and one change this week. My own product, Planbrand, was the first brand to accept it.
