Questions
- What counts as accepted?
- An answer that scores at or above your pass mark on the four tests: specific, on the question, grounded, in their own words.
- Do I pay for rejected answers?
- No. A rejected answer costs nothing, and the person can rewrite it once.
- What stops people pasting or using AI?
- Paste is switched off in every answer box, and each answer is checked for AI-written text. Those fail the own-words test, so you never pay for them.
- Is pricing final?
- We are in beta and pricing is open to feedback from our beta brands. The free plan stays.
- Do I need an engineer?
- No. It is one link next to your card button. A signed webhook and API are there when you want them.
